Workforce Rules

Create multiple shifts per client/site, then set its normal day and premium rates. No break deductions are made.

1. Shift schedules

Each site can have day, night or other shifts. An end time earlier than the start crosses midnight. Site shifts do not restrict who can clock there.

2. Overtime rules

Rates and dates follow the client agreement. South Africa includes observed Mondays and the declared 4 November 2026 holiday. Add future one-off or client holidays above. Holidays take precedence over weekends; rates are not stacked. Exports use approved hours. Worked days are shown for reference. No unpaid breaks are subtracted.
