- Can clock regular employees in or out. The next action is chosen automatically.

- Can authorise emergency clock-out for anyone, including admins, after a named administrator signs in.

Office Access
Protected actions require a named owner or administrator session. The unattended clocking terminal receives a separate, limited session that cannot register or terminate employees.

Authorise Employees
The site must be saved before it appears here.3 · Employee phoneOpen REMS Mobile → Remote → Refresh sites → select the site → allow precise location → Clock IN or OUT.
Arrived, Not Clocked In
Mark who is expected to work. REMS can notify them after their authorised phone is detected inside the assigned site geofence.
Expected Employee Status
“Arrived” means the authorised phone—not biometric proof of the person—was detected inside the geofence.
REMS Payroll
Review ordinary and overtime hours before exporting to the configured payroll flow.
